What you use Trend Micro Internet Security Pro 2010 and prefer to other actually it is wrest anti virus. it and if you install in pc then pc speed is suddenly down so I think this anti virus is not good at any point but I dont know why you use it.

You post here about Trend Micro Internet Security but I tell you dont trust on this anti virus. because I use it from many time and this anti virus not detect any virus from my laptop and virus start to damage my files then I try Norton and it remove all virus and now my laptop working nice.

If you're not ready to remove it manually from the registry, I want to uninstall BitDefender sure Norton was completely removed, and then restart the system and reinstall Trend. Once the program has completed the process of updating and the initial scan, and you've restarted, then uninstall it.
